Karolina has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on financing and project development. She has worked at Aion Bank, ING Group, and Panattoni, Europe's largest warehouse developer. Currently, she is a Board Member at Warsaw Infrastructure Partners.
Michał Szpakowski
Michał has extensive experience in investment funds, renewable energy, M&A, and PE/VC transactions. He has a strong track record of advising AIFs on investments in alternative asset classes. His industry legal expertise spans logistics development, manufacturing, internet services, renewable energy, FMCG, insurance, investment banking, and investment funds.
